This site is run by Cedric Swaneck Photography Inc., Toronto. Here is what it collects and what happens with it.
The website
The site is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace keeps standard server logs and basic visit statistics: pages viewed, browser, rough location. When you fill in a contact or request form, what you type is emailed to me and kept in my records so I can reply and, if we work together, run the job. I do not sell or share that information, and I do not run advertising trackers.
My own tools
I run a small set of private software tools, under the name Life OS, that connect to my own Google accounts (Gmail, Drive, Docs and Sheets). They read and write only my accounts, on my own computers. Nobody else uses them, and no data from them is shared with anyone. Google asks me to say this plainly: use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Terms
The Life OS tools are private software for my own use. They are not offered to anyone else, there is no account to create, and nothing on this site is sold. If you send me work through the contact or request forms, the terms of that work are set in the estimate and agreement we sign, not on this page.
