Stills Support: Availability Request

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not yet. This form is the first step in requesting availability. I’ll review the details, confirm whether the date is workable, and follow up with the next steps. A date is only considered held once availability has been confirmed and the booking process is underway.

  • Core is the most streamlined option: portraits on white with standard retouching and outputs, usually allowing about 10 to 15 minutes per person.

Plus builds on that with portraits on white that are designed to be close-cropped onto custom backgrounds, along with a little more time on set, usually about 15 to 20 minutes per person.

Premium includes everything in Plus, along with hair and makeup support and the most time per person, usually about 20 to 30 minutes.

  • You do not need every detail finalized to reach out. A preferred date, location, estimated team size, and general service level are enough to start. If some details are still in flux, send the best information you have now and I can help shape the next steps from there.

  • I review the request and follow up by email to confirm availability, clarify any open details, and let you know the best next step. Depending on the project, that may mean a quote, a short call, or moving directly into the onboarding stage to begin planning the shoot.

  • That is normal. Team rosters, schedules, and internal approvals often shift as the shoot date approaches. The goal at this stage is to establish whether the project is a fit and whether the date is workable. Once the project is moving forward, we can refine the scope and schedule as details become clearer.

  • The earlier, the better, especially for leadership teams, larger groups, or dates tied to a deadline, event, or announcement. That said, if your request is time-sensitive, it is still worth reaching out. Include the timing in the message box and I’ll let you know what is realistic.
