Stills Support: Pricing Request

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Executive portrait pricing is based on the scope of the assignment. The main factors are team size, location, time required on site, and the level of finish you need. Services such as hair and makeup, extended time per person, and more polished final outputs will affect the quote. This form gives me the details I need to prepare pricing that fits the project.

  • Choose the tier that best matches the look and time requirement for your team.

Core is the most streamlined option: portraits on white with standard retouching and outputs, usually allowing about 10 to 15 minutes per person.

Plus builds on that with portraits on white that are designed to be close-cropped onto custom backgrounds, along with a little more time on set, usually about 15 to 20 minutes per person.

Premium includes everything in Plus, along with hair and makeup support and the most time per person, usually about 20 to 30 minutes.

If you are not sure which tier fits, choose the closest option and I can help refine it after reviewing the request.

  • Yes. An approximate team size is enough to get started. If your final numbers are still shifting, send your best estimate and mention that in the message box. I can quote based on the current scope and adjust as the project becomes more defined.

  • No. This form is for pricing requests only. Your date is not held until availability has been confirmed and the booking is formally secured. If timing is sensitive, use the Hold a Date form instead.

  • I review the request and follow up by email. Depending on the scope, the next step may be a quote, a few clarifying questions, or a short call to confirm details. Once the project is approved, I move you into the onboarding stage so we can finalize logistics, roster details, and scheduling.

  • That is common, especially with office portrait days. The important thing is to send the best information you have now so we can start planning. As details firm up, we can refine the scope, adjust timing, and finalize the production schedule closer to the shoot date.
